Who we are
Oxendon Studio is a trading name of Grant Davies, a sole trader based in Leicestershire, England. Grant is responsible for any personal data described here. Contact: hello@oxendonstudio.com.
What this site collects
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising tags and has no forms. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
Visits are counted with Plausible Analytics, which is built to be privacy-friendly: it uses no cookies, collects no personal data, does not track you across other sites and stores nothing on your device. We see totals only, such as how many people visited, which pages they read and roughly which country they came from. Plausible is based in the EU and keeps its data there. Visits from the studio itself are excluded.
If you switch the site to dark mode, your browser remembers that one choice on your own device (in local storage), so it stays dark next time. It is never sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which records standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Those logs are kept by Vercel for a short period and are not used to identify you.
If you email us
We keep your name, email address and anything you send us so we can reply and, if we work together, run the project. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the contract between us once work starts. Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for up to six years after, as tax records require. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@oxendonstudio.com and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office.
